How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery location and the items in your order. To view your shipping cost, simply add your items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your email address and shipping address. Your shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed before payment.

Where Do We Deliver?

We currently ship across Canada. We offer Free Standard Shipping nationwide within Canada, excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Orders over $75 CAD qualify for Free Expedited Shipping, where available.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before they are shipped. After your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and your local postal carrier. If your order has not been shipped within 5 business days of being placed, please contact us at nuvatiapets@gmail.com. Eligible customers may receive a $5 CAD shipping delay refund.

Can My Order Be Delivered to Multiple Addresses?

No. Each order can only be shipped to one delivery address. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?

Yes, we ship to PO Box addresses. However, we do not ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

Will I Be Charged VAT or Import Taxes?

We do not collect VAT (Value Added Tax) during checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.
