Trial Eligibility

The 6-Day Trial is available to:

• First-time customers only.
• One trial per household.
• One trial per payment method.
• One trial per shipping address.
  

Salubris reserves the right to review or decline trial orders that appear to violate these eligibility requirements or show signs of abuse. These eligibility requirements are based on the campaign proposal.

Available Trial Options

The 6-Day Trial is available for the following options:

Routine Starter Bundle

• 1 × 60-count cup
• 1 × 120-count cup
  

Single 120-Count Trial

• 1 × 120-count cup
  

Single 60-Count Trial

• 1 × 60-count cup
  

Customers may choose only one eligible trial option per trial order. Multiple trial packages or trial options may not be combined in a single trial order.

How the 6-Day Trial Works

No payment is collected upfront when you place your trial order. Your payment method will be authorized at checkout, but the payment will not be captured immediately.

Your 6-day trial begins on the date your order is delivered.

During the trial period, you may try the product according to the applicable return requirements below.

Routine Starter Bundle Return Requirements

If you choose the Routine Starter Bundle:

• You may open and use the 60-count cup, using up to approximately two-thirds of its original contents.
• The 120-count cup must remain unopened and sealed if you decide to return it.
• The 60-count cup must have at least approximately one-third of its original contents remaining.
• Both products and their original packaging must be returned where applicable.
  

These requirements are intended to allow your pet to experience the product while ensuring the returned items meet the trial conditions.

Single 120-Count Trial Return Requirements

If you choose the Single 120-Count Trial:

• You may use up to approximately one-third of the chews during the trial.
• At least approximately two-thirds of the original chews must remain when the product is returned.
• The original container must be returned and must not be damaged through misuse.
  

The returned product will be inspected to confirm that it meets the trial requirements.

Single 60-Count Trial Return Requirements

If you choose the Single 60-Count Trial:

• You may use up to approximately one-third of the chews during the trial.
• At least approximately two-thirds of the original chews must remain when the product is returned.
• The original container must be returned and must not be damaged through misuse.
• The returned product will be inspected to confirm that it meets the applicable trial requirements.
  

How to Return Your Trial

If you decide that the product isn't right for your pet, you must request a return within your 6-day trial period.

To request a return:

1. Contact our support team at customer@nuvatia.pet.
   
2. Use the following email subject: Trial Return_Order Number 0000000
   
3. Replace 0000000 with your actual order number.
   
4. Your return request must be approved by our support team before you ship the product back.
   
5. Once your return is approved, you must send the return shipment and provide confirmation that the package has been picked up by the carrier and is in transit back to the seller.
   
6. The return approval and return shipping confirmation must both be completed by the end of the 6th day of your trial period.
   

Important: Simply submitting a return request is not sufficient. Your return must be approved, and you must provide confirmation that the package has been picked up and shipped back to the seller by the 6th day.

Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the applicable trial return requirements. If the return is approved, your payment authorization will be canceled and you will not be charged.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping is not included as part of the trial offer.

A return shipping label will be provided by email after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Payment Authorization & Automatic Charge

Your payment method is authorized when you place the trial order, but no payment is collected upfront.

If you choose to keep the product and do not initiate an eligible return within the 6-day trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged for the applicable purchase amount.

The applicable automatic charge will be:

• Routine Starter Bundle (60-count + 120-count): $69.98 CAD
• Single 120-Count Trial: $42.49 CAD
• Single 60-Count Trial: $27.49 CAD
  

The applicable amount will be charged after the 6-day trial period if you keep the product and do not complete an eligible return.

When You Return the Product

Once your returned product is received, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the applicable trial requirements.

If the return is approved, your payment authorization will be canceled within 24 hours, and you will not be charged for the trial product.

Non-Eligible Returns

A return may not qualify for the trial if, for example:

• The return request is made after the 6-day trial period.
• The 120-count cup from the Routine Starter Bundle has been opened.
• The 60-count cup from the Routine Starter Bundle contains less than approximately one-third of its original contents.
• The Single 120-Count Trial contains less than approximately two-thirds of its original contents.
• The Single 60-Count Trial contains less than approximately two-thirds of its original contents.
• A product is missing.
• The product has been damaged due to misuse.
  

Shipping on Trial Orders

Shipping fees apply to trial orders and are calculated at checkout. Shipping is not included as a free benefit of the 6-Day Trial.

Trial Abuse & Restrictions

To protect the integrity of the program, Salubris may monitor trial activity for repeated or unusual orders, excessive returns, multiple trial orders associated with the same household, or other patterns that may indicate misuse.

Customers who repeatedly abuse the trial program may be restricted from participating in future trial offers. They may still be able to purchase products normally.

Important Notice

The 6-Day Trial is intended to give eligible first-time customers an opportunity to experience select Salubris products before making a purchase commitment. By placing a trial order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the applicable product usage, return, shipping, and automatic payment requirements.
